Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and printed from the College District Information System. This link will take you to the student records login page. Just log in and select "Student Services and Financial Aid," then "Student Records.
Official transcripts can be ordered in person at the Office of Admissions and Records on the main campus or the Delano Center. They can also be requested by mail or fax. Payment is required at the time you order the transcripts unless you want to pick up the transcripts in person. Forms for ordering transcripts can be downloaded here. The fax number is 661-395-4500. Transcripts cannot be faxed. The first two transcripts are free and thereafter cost $4 each.
For your convenience, Bakersfield College has retained Credentials, Inc. to accept transcript orders on the Internet via a secured site. This service will facilitate your request for a minimal charge (this is in addition to the regular transcript and special handling charges). This service supports payment by credit card, provides e-mail or fax communication with you while your order is being processed and lets you enter your order any time day or night. It takes from three to eight workdays to prepare and mail a transcript. Rush transcripts can be prepared in two hours for an additional $8 fee. To receive a transcript with same-day service, the request may be made between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8-9:30 a.m. on Friday. Request for "rush" service made after 3:00 p.m. will be ready by 10:00 a.m. the following work day.
If you want your transcript to be mailed, simply mail the check to BC Admissions and Records, 1801 Panorama Drive, Bakersfield, CA 93305, or pay by credit card using Credentials, Inc.
