Renegade 2012 Plan
Bakersfield College has begun the important and meaningful process of planning for the future of the college. Our desire to effectively serve the diverse educational and workforce needs of our community is reflected in our mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Our commitment to achieve our goals is strong. As we embark on implementing our plan, we will strive for excellence in meeting the needs of our students, community and staff.

Strategy development teams analyzed the data and formulated a statement of intent, strategy and goal statements, and expected outcomes with key performance indicators for each theme.
